Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure. One account per person. You must be 18 or older to sign in.
Robots and the 1,000
Robot Crew has a fixed set of 1,000 robots. Each one can be claimed once. The shared "claimed so far" count goes up by one for each claim and never resets. New variations are free, you see them before you claim, and they don't change the count.
Chrome, Gold and Crown editions
Each robot has a fixed number from RC-0001 to RC-1000. Numbers RC-0500 to RC-0799 are Chrome editions, RC-0800 to RC-0949 are Gold editions and RC-0950 to RC-1000 are Crown editions, with extra accessories drawn over the picture. The edition look never changes the number of tokens an action uses.
Free claims
One free welcome claim per new account, plus one free claim a day. No cash value.
The day resets at midnight Sydney time. Your first token pack comes with 1 bonus claim (one per account). If your first pack is refunded, the bonus claim is removed (or, if you've used it, it stays as a one-off).
Tokens
Each pack’s total price in A$ (AUD) is shown before you pay. Tokens are sold in packs of 5, 10, 25 and 50. You must be 18 or older to buy. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Each action uses the number of tokens shown when you use it. The token cost of each action follows the published table and won't be raised for any step.

Tokens don't lose value, but claims cost more tokens as more robots are claimed. See the table. Declining a swap is free.
Tokens don't expire. They stay with your account and can't be transferred to another account.
If all robots are claimed, you can ask for a refund of unused tokens. Tokens also stay usable for swaps.
If Robot Crew closes, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused paid tokens to your original payment method.
If a payment is refunded or reversed, the tokens it bought are removed.
Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email makermanservices@gmail.com. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law aren't affected.
No cash value
Robots have no monetary value and can't be sold or exchanged for money. Robots, charms and tokens have no cash value. Tokens aren't transferable, can't be resold and aren't a currency.
Swaps
You can put your robots on swap spots and offer one of yours for someone else's. A swap only happens if the other person accepts. Once accepted, a swap is final.
Fair use
Don't use offensive or misleading sign names, impersonate anyone, use bots or scripts, or try to get around the free-claim limits or the 1,000. We may remove a sign name or close an account that breaks these terms.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll show the new date here and tell signed-in users in the app.
We may change or close Robot Crew. If it closes, see 'Tokens' above for refunds of unused paid tokens.
